If my LMIA is approved for express entry does this mean my job duties and NOC is verified? Or my PR application can still be rejected based on my job duties or NOC not correct, even if i have LMIA approved for express entry??

If you are on a PGWP, why do you need a LMIA. And yesterday they check duties and responsibilities to the NOC.

I meant “yes” they check duties. So you need a closed work permit too. When does your PGWP expire.
I am on open work permit and I have already got my LMIA approved and i have applied my PR application 5 months ago , so I was just asking if my current job NOC or job duties will still be a issue that they will still check? Or am i safe now because i have got my LMIA approved??

LMIA and PR are separate application with separate criteria. However, you can't have inconsistencies in applications. I.f you have claimed points for your LMIA based job, then the information in your PR application has to match with that of the LMIA.

Thank you so much for the information, and i do understand that those are two of applications but if they are approving my LMIA based on my job information that i provided them than they should I also approve my PR application regarding my job right? Like for the LMIA in express entry we need to have a skilled job with NOC 0, A OR B, same as for the PR application. Criteria of employmee job requirements is same for express entry LMIA and PR right?

your lmia noc can be based on your ANY past work exp. EE doesnot say that you would have to work at your eligibility work that you mentiond in the EE. If people get prafter EE, then thy can work anywhere irrespective of your job. But since u hav lmia in a different field, once u get your work permit, u wud have to work in your lmia field. EE and LMIA can have diffferent nocs. They are independent. You are just making EE profile with a certian occupation. No where it is written that you would have to have eveyrthing related to that eligible noc in EE.

Make a profile in EE with NOC x
get lmia with noc y,
once u get wp, u wud have to work in noc y.
But ne u get pr, it is upto you to be loyal or not to your employer. It is better to stick wihtthe lmia work noc, but u can chnage after.
