Hi Experts,

I have question in regard to sponsor my cousin in India to study in Canada. I live here in Canada for almost 1.5 years as PR and work fulltime with one the major banks in Canada. I have a cousin who is interested to study in Canada however can't show bank funds or pay tuition fees. He has reached out to me to check if I can help in anyway.

I don't have much info on how sponsoring cousin for Study visa works. Would you be able to suggest if this is possible first place? If yes, what all thing I would need to do to ensure he meets all the criteria of study permit.

P.S. I know about acceptance letter from Study Institution and IELTS score.

Thank you & Stay Safe!!

Your cousin needs to show proof of funds and may not be possible to use a letter from you unless if you can pay off their full tuition fee and provide a letter to state the support of living expenses.
