I don’t think so we can submit another application online. The condition there is nomination should be valid when you submit application to online portal. Also this is only for new application. I know this is so unfair for us but we can’t do anything.

I have a valid nominations valid till Sep and i just mailed the application last month, won't they simply return my paper based application if i apply online?

Today I called IRCC regarding medical, agent said, In system we don't receive anything yet, sometimes it take over a month to receive results and said I should send webform of confirmation I got from doctor.
Any suggestions?

Yes, it is showing ready for ps..

I searched online and Ready for PS means Ready for Paper Screening. Maybe that is next stage for security screening.

That means your application is making progress . It does not matter inland or outland.

Maybe I should consider upfront medical too even though I am outland.
