Hi Experts

I am planning for SINP PNP program, I am having 64 points including IELTS, will i get NOI, if i submit EOI ?
What basis they are sending NOI, If my cutoff does not fall in the latest draw which is 70 or 71, will they really consider my cutoff which is 64.
If they consider what's the procedure they follow for sending NOI. Please explain.

The lowest that SINP has ever gone down to is 68 cut-off. Can you get a better score on IELTS to gain more points for SINP?

With 64 it's not possible to get an ITA at present.

I have seen 2 persons from other forums get nominations from January AR. But it seems that SINP is really moving very slowly this year.
