Can you please guide how did you send the PR CARD renewal application.I sent them through courier, still they are saying they can't trace it even though I have sent them the delivery receipt as well.:-(

When did you send them your pr card renewal application? It takes around 2 months time after the date they receive your application that you get the AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) email from IRCC telling you that they received your application...in that email (in the subject line) you also get your file number using which you can track your application on ECAS System and GCKey MyAccount ....

You have to wait at least two months before any update would appear for your application. If you had put the right address for courier then rest assured they have received it but it's gathering dust until one picks it up and enter it in the system.

Any updates with anyone who are waiting for PR renewal from Jan 16 onwards? For my wife its been 78 days and their system says 74 days. Should I reach out to them via webform?

Application delivered on feb 9,haven't received and feedback yet. Should I start a new application? Anyone has same timeline here?

My wife and son card mailed on march 30 and delivered april 8. Thank you!! Good luck everyone

Hi my application delivered on 11 Feb and having no updates as well. I was expecting to get AOR last week. Let us know if you get any updates.

Oh, u r so fast, my frd submitted 4 days earlier than you, but got AOR on Mar 23.....
Wondering how this happen???

Where should I mail to if I'm using canada post with tracking? I used courier address 49 Dorchester Street, Sydney, NSB,1P 5Z2, is it right?

After 10 months, I finally got a "Decision Made" status on ECAS, but I didn't get a new line in my status. What does that mean?
