No update. I am also Feb 2020 CEC inland applicant. From last 4 months, this is what I got from IRCC : Security has not been initiated yet. Even I called today and got the same response

AOR Feb. 14 (2020) and still waiting. Had a few ghost updates a few weeks ago but they stopped, I have no idea what is going on.
Is it true that others who applied outside the Jan-Apr.2020 timeframe have received their approvals already?
Many people outside of this are getting approvals every day. I'm sure there's a couple people that applied in Feb 2020 that have their approvals but the overwhelming majority of people I see who applied in February are still yet to hear anything and are all seemingly waiting for security/criminality to be completed.
Mine aor is 13 jan 2020 and its been 15 th month i heard same thing background check under processing but i called yesterday that was shocking for me
Agent said everything passed and waiting for my medical extension
So i am curious to know much time it take for medical extension
Yes because last week it was just eligibility recommended passed
Criminality was under processing
Security was not started
But as of today everything is passed
Just they are waiting for my medical extension to approve my pr

Me and my consultant called. MP inquired as well but they just say wait for contact by officer.

For me nothing changed from 15 months and yesterday suddenly everything passed but they requested medical extension
