How long to PR after TB test negative?

Hi everyone, I have 2 questions regarding my PR application.

First I had my medical exam in Nov, the doctor found some shadow on my x-ray so I was sent to the specialist for skin test and sputum test. The skin test was positive and after 8 weeks of wait, the sputum test was negative, the doctor said it was the infection from the past and the virus is not active, which means I'm not sick. He said he will inform the immigration about this and told me to book an appointment for treatment after I got my health card. Does anyone know how long does it take to get the PR after pass the medical exam? Most of my friends got an update from IRCC after 1-2 weeks after they pass ME, would that take longer since I have latent TB?

Second, I gave birth last May and got married last Nov, I've already informed IRCC about this changes via webform and requested for the document list for adding my husband on my application. It's been a month but still haven't hear anything form them yet. I sent them our new CSQs (I'm in PEQ class) , marriage certificate, my husband's passport, they did replied a confirmation of receiving those document but nothing else. Anyone is or was in the same situation can share your timeline how long it will take to get their reply?

My case is a bit complicated cos there was some document went missing which make it delayed for 10 months, and my first ME got expired, however, I've done my second medical exam and got the approval in few weeks.

So in case of medicals, which country did you got your tests done? Usually skin test is the last step in the PR process. Keep your fingers crossed you should get the golden email soon and also medical undertaking form. Once you send that form back, you will receive golden email. IRCC is waiting to get an email from your medical panel that you followed the protocols and attended the surveillance.

Which may also happen in my case. But it brings me to my next question, which may sound silly.
Do they also need an X-ray in the repeat ME, as they have been taking a lot of Xrays already, and I fear that the X-ray will never be clear due to TB history.
