Do I need to retake IELTS ?

My Ielts ( scored CLB10 ) is going to expire in August 2021. If I apply today , will my Ielts score still be considered valid, since I read that the marks are considered from the day you apply for PR. What does this mean ? From the day I fill in my express entry profile or form the day I’ll get an invitation?
Will I have to reappear for Ielts ?

It means the day you submit the application after having received an ITA.

So the process is:
1. Create profile
2. Receive ITA
3. Submit your application for PR

Your language test results must be valid the day you complete step #3.
