hope i can get some help here... 12 years ago, i was returning to Canada from USA. As i had overstayed my Canadian visitor visa.. i was questioned and fingerprinted and told to leave within 1 week. i didn't leave until 3 months later (due to personal as well as financial reasons) I left and returned to my home country (Ireland) after 6 years , i returned to Canada on a visitor visa and long story short I met my now husband(we dated 3 years before getting married) .. we are about to submit our inland spousal sponsorship with owp. do you think I will be admissible after my previous issue?
