Webform not working

Was this in response to a request to provide additional documents to support your application that has already been submitted?
Did you hear back from the form?

I'm in a situation where I've been requested to provide some additional supporting documents within the next few days. But in the application area for Submitted Documents online there is no way to 'upload' anything additional. I used the webform, but I don't know if it has been received or being processed. Can anyone share their experiences of a similar problem that they managed to resolve?

once you 'submit' it will show the option to upload documents. its not very intuitive and logic way of doing things, but we are talking about IRCC: there is nothing intuitive and logic there.

In my case was a clarification I wanted to do. After 3 weeks they acknowledge that attached my email (with docs) to my application. I was lucky. Not everybody gets acknowledge, which makes one wonder if they received the document after all....

This is exactly what makes me nervous. The IRCC has stated I have 7 days (5 days left) to get the documents onto my account.
So if it takes them more than 7 days for them to process the backlog of uploaded documents from the webform, then I worry my application will be deemed incomplete when the 7 days are reached.

You have seven days to submit, not that they have to process in seven days or you are out. There is people waiting for months for them to process a CPP lol

I advice you to take a screenshot of every step, especially the last stages of the webform

Also, do not expire the seven days. Sometimes the web just doesn't work and you need to try the next day: thats why I opened this threat...
