Sorry I think I made it pretty confusing. So I gave my biometric on 29 March, and as of now I haven’t got request for Canada RCMP verification letter. My question is, if they need this from me they should have it request right after the biometric completion or it takes more time

If you re an inland applicant, RCMP PCC, if required, is usually requested way later in the process.

Prior to biometrics most inland applicants were requested a RCMP PCC. Not is on a case by case basis, as all fingerprints go though RCMP anyway.

I just recently logged into my account and for eligibility, it says we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. But I remember it before it said “we will review your eligibility, and will send you a message”. So does that mean they are now reviewing my eligibility??

The MyCIC status are not very clear, but it seems that your eligibility is under review.

You can send a webform / call IRCC or request GCMS notes after a few weeks to know the exact status.

My question is, why it’s still saying there in the Biometric Part - “We need your fingerprints in order to process your application. Check your messages below”. But we’ve already done it and the number shows with expiration number. I called IRCC today and they told me that they haven’t received our biometric and it’s “in progress”. Anyone with the same situation? How long did you wait for them to update your status and write that biometric is completed? Thank you very much! @legalfalcon can you please let me know? Thank you

I did it here in Service Canada. New Westminster, BC. He said he already submitted

The way covid is spreading, i wonder it's just creating more delays for ircc to update particular sections of application then, i hope it works out for you.!
