It took us about 40 days from Medical passed to DM and a further 5 days to get ppr.. You should get it this month..

Not yet. no new messages. The last message and SMS from VFS is that our PPT was delivered to NDVO!
In a wild guess, i booked for Air India flight to Toronto on April 17th..coz i've been noticing, price was going up every week!!

Hey, do you mean pre arrival email? if yes, i am in the same boat as yours.. got pre arrival letter and DM on Ecas on 29th march.. still waiting for PPR from NDVO.

Not exactly sure what to make of this.

This to me seems like NDVO is indirectly letting us know that they won’t be issuing visas? Or maybe at a very slow pace? Not exactly sure.

I think this is targeted for people who have applied under express entry as people with COPR issued under express entry after 18th march 2020 are not allowed to travel to canada considering the travel restrictions . NDVO can’t and shouldn’t hold spousal visas as family class COPR holders are exempted from travel restrictions.

same here, havent heard anything since it went my passport went “into process” on March 26th, we have reached our three week mark yesterday of since we sent our passport. Still havent booked flights but yes the prices are going up .

Yeah after the passports were got one email with the tracking details and return AWB . VFS tracking status says it’s with IRCC as of 09 March and absolutely nothing beyond that. I think our application is going to be a case study for generations to come. Simple clean file but has taken its own sweet time at every step
