Apply inside Canada while on vacation outside Canada

I need to apply for my pgwp extension. I m traveling to India for few weeks. Can I apply as inside canada application from India while I am on vacation?

Is this for the PGWP extension. As per rules you must remain in Canada until processed so wait until approved and then travel.

Since January 27, 2021, you have to be in Canada to be eligible. You can apply for an extensions and leave Canada and return if you have a valid visa.
