Travel to Toronto on 16th April - Ticket waitlisted

Hi Guys,

My friend is travelling to Toronto on Work permit on 16 April but his ticket is waitlisted. Can someone please let me know if there are any chances of ticket getting confirmed? Did anyone have an experience where the ticket was waitlisted but got confirmed? he will be travelling from New delhi.
