Hi,
I just want to ask, I got ITA last Feb 13 and got a new LMIA with different job title. I'm from NOC B but with new LMIA I am now NOC 0. My worry is my language exam since NOC 0 requires higher clb. Should I get the minimum for NOC 0?

If NOC B remains as your primary NOC, you don’t need a new language exam. Plus I’m assuming your 1 year Canadian work experience is based on NOC B, so why are you even worried about your NOC 0 job? Plus if you’re NOT claiming points for it for NOC 0, it will only be declared in personal history.

It’s based on your PRIMARY NOC. There is a field on your PR profile asking you your primary occupation, that’s where your required language exam scores should be based. Your PR profile is copied from your EE profile. Unless you made drastic changes, they should be the same.
Hey guys, I am in same dilemma, I got pay bump, and when I asked HR to add some stuff to employement letter after pay bump, they just wrote the new salary in it. Now, I shouldn't worry about it right?

No need to worry. I think IRCC only looks at the latest salary. This is based on my GCMS notes. I submitted one reference letter with two NOCs since I got a change in job designation during my tenure. Although the HR in my company was kind enough to indicate the last salaries I had for the two positions (I had two - like latest salary for position A is ZZZ per annum and salary for position B is YYY per annum), but when I checked my GCMS notes, the IRCC case analyst only looked at the largest of the two annual salaries indicated in the letter (which is YYY) and put that as the salary for both NOCs in my eligibility review notes. So I guess as long as the latest salary is reasonable for the position, they’ll be fine with it.
