I received my AOR on 22 Aug, 2020 and i am waiting for the final result. During all this, my IELTS result has expired. Do i need to appear for an exam again? Kindly guide me regarding this.

Your application is locked when you submit it, so all documents have to be valid as on the day of submission. If any document expires post AoR, it does not matter.

Only in some cases IRCC may ask for a new PCC, but you have to provide one only after IRCC asks.
