HELP-Withdraw application

AOR: Dec 26, 2020

I submitted the PR application on Dec 26,2020. However I found out I may use a wrong NOC code, I used 2121 while I think 2221 is the correct one.
My coworker who use exactly the same employment letter as me and code 2121 are refused on her application, so my lawyer suggest me to withdraw my application....
I sent a webform to request a withdraw on Jan 21, 2021.
Can anyone tell me how long will the process take? When can my application be canceled?
The lawyer said 10 days while I call IRCC and they told me it'll take 2 months.

I think no worries, as if it takes two months to withdraw an application this implicitly mean that no body had touched your application ever.

Hi, yes I got it withdrawn 30 days after I sent the webform. Make sure you send the webform with a hand signed letter.

Thank you for the update! I just submit my letter on April 1st. I didn't hear back yet. Hopefully soon
