pls advise what’s the best way to arrange for spousal sponsorship ?


We have photos always throughout the years. But no joint lease, property, social media pics as we value privacy.

Hi, I’m a citizen and wanna sponsor my husband via Outland application.
We have married for over ten years. Most of the time, I went to his country and we lived together. I never declared non resident in Canada as I don’t bother to do it as a housewife with no income.

pls advise what’s the best way to arrange for spousal sponsorship ?
Quite confused with the question ‘are you currently living together ?’ Most likely when we apply, we are together in his country. But my status is still resident in Canada.
My husband is planning for retirement and settling with me in Canada for good.

How long do you stay in Canada every year? If you are a resident or a resident for tax purposes you must be declaring your husband’s income when you file taxes. It makes a difference in your benefit/credit calculation. If you have no income how are you supporting yourself? Do you receive money from the government?
