Not sure what you mean by "clear up" but you still have a long way to go for your app to be completed. BIO is on of the 1st things they ask for. Be happy that it is moving but also be patient, nobody can give you an accurate estimate. All apps are different.

A lot of our spouses are in the same situation... we expect at least a year from the time it was received, under normal circumstances.

So, the 3 DM's from December 2020 applicants are all from India. It's my understanding if the PA is in India their VO is in New Delhi. What I'd like to know is if NDVO can process applications to DM in 3 - 4 months, why does it take other VO's 12+ months?

If the workload is heavy in Primary VO then sometimes CIC distributes workload to secondary VO.
