Hello, good day. I just want to ask about my situation. I am applying for study permit. I want to add my fiancè to my application so we can go to vancouver together and at the same time. I am currently in Australia and he is in the Philippines. We can’t get married soon because of the pandemic. Will it be possible for me to add him on my application without a marrige certificate?
