Hi all, does DM mean an approval or it can be a refusal as well? Will i get a clarification from CIC if i call them instead of waiting for their registered mail?

Most likely Approval, did you get any pre arrival mail?

Hi again, it is my citizenship application and online it says decision made. No way to know what decision was made other than waiting for their mail?
