NOC ? Working in International Student Recruitment Agency - India.

Hi, I am currently working in a international student recruitment consultants firm, where I am responsible for counselling students for choosing right programs to study abroad and help them choose right university. I also guide them about their future careers and help throughout their university admission application process. I understand this may be similar to NOC 4033 - Educational Counsellors. The company I am working for is working directly with many UK universities directly and helps them recruit international student.

However, I have B.A.LL.B(Hons) from India and CES evaluation states it at Professional Degree. So, claiming points for professional degree.

Questions:

1. Am I selecting the right NOC ?
2. Do my educational qualifications and job NOC have to be relevant ? If that is the case, I am also a registered lawyer with Bar Council of India.

2. For Express Entry, your education does not have to match your NOC.

I'm also working as Student Recruitment Advisor at a university in Canada, and I'm wondering if the NOC 4033 - Educational Counsellors was correct NOC code or no for your case
