I received the same email, I think it's normal, no action needed. people say the subject line is a little off. AWB Number is for the return courier and other tracking number is for tracking the passport after VFS receives it.

We received two email. This email with tracking number and AWB number and second email mentioning that file is in transit and has been dispatched to IRCC.

I would recommend you to check both ecas and gckey in the future. You might get either Pre Arrival Services or DM soon.
