Travel restriction exemption clarification.

My brother and sister are PR holders in Canada. My parents hold a Visitor visa currently. Are they eligible to travel to Canada? Are they exempt?

Your parents can travel. They need to book their 3 day hotel quarantine and show 11 day home quarantine plan.

Hi folks, I have a question here. When my spouse got her Visa she also got her travel exemption letter along with it. Unfortunately in India, there was a lockdown and the flights are banned to Canada. I have requested another travel exemption letter on June 01, 2021, and IRCC asked for a clarification on June 10, 2021, in the same email thread. I have replied back on June 10, 2021, with the asked information along with all the documents. I did not get a reply yet. Meanwhile, I got the travel exemption for my daughter within 12 days. My question is how can I reach out to IRCC for the letter? Will it take more than 14 days? If 14 days passed should I do anything from my side or should I wait? Any reply will be much appreciated.

Raise a webform and ask them directly. No harm in that. How to long they will take to reply although is a diff matter.
