I did mention a detailed explanation letter about the current situation and her father is currently with her, even my husband holds an NOC A job, I’m really confused about this rejection.

Yes, I’m currently working in NOC A, my husband is been away from past 3 months.

The fact that your husband has been living out of Canada for such a long time is likely the issue. If he is living there there is no need for your child to travel at the moment.
