need some help ,job termination while PR is processing , any recommendation?

Hi everyone.
For some reason, i can't continue my job with the current employer.
but my PR Application is already processing (express entry).
application Date received is June 19th 2018. today is August 15th 2018
i got my PNP first then applied through the federal express entry.
So since i don't work with the currently employer anymore, do i have to start the application from scratch again( if i find another job soon enough)?
i'm currently on the post-graduate work permit. and will expire next year January.

Any advice will be highly appreciated.

and also No restriction on employment.

In my nomination certificate, they have mentioned name of employer and Noc code of job position.
However, in employment restriction, they have mentioned "NO".
does it mean employment is necessary until PR is received?
