I recently received a work permit (In Canada), how and which category can I apply for my spouse visa? She is currently residing outside Canada.

Note: Her visitor visa was rejected couple of times before.

I recently received a work permit (In Canada), how and which category can I apply for my spouse visa? She is currently residing outside Canada.

Note: Her visitor visa was rejected couple of times before.

Spousal applications are only for Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada.

If you are on a work permit and you wish to bring your spouse to Canada as a dependent, please post in the form that relates to your work permit, as that way, you will get a better answer.

You cannot sponsor your spouse unless you are a PR of Canada or a citizen.
