what checklist should I carry on specified work permit while entering Canada during pandemic

Should I carry a letter like invitation letter from employer with me? As far as I know as per the IRCC website that is not required, but while reading some other people says it is mandatory during pandemic, really confused now.

Yes on a closed work permit. No Lima but have valid work permit visa sticker on passport and never been to Canada before. Will I be allowed to enter Canada?

How can you have a closed work permit without a LMIA and never been to Canada. To enter, you need to show your job offer that is tied to the LMIA or show that you normally live in Canada (which you don’t). What will you do if you enter Canada on a closed work permit. You can’t work unless it is for the company that provided you the LMIA since you have a closed work permit.
