I called vfs , they are open and working , and for us there is nothing to do exept waiting.
, regarding to the embassy, i called them several weeks ago, call center officer told me the only way to contact is via email. He is not allowed to transfer any call.
Inshaalllah next week we all receive our passport
Ramadan is coming, we need to be with our families

each one of you is already in his home country..but me and my family are not.. the problem is that they cannot hold the passports that long.. what if somethign happened?
anyway, hope we get it back ASAP..

i heard read that a parliament member from quebec asked the government to expedite the applications and to allow CoPR holders to come.. but nothing clear till now..

I have heard nothing.but inshallah it’s almost end of
Month...inshallah they send our passports back this week.

My husband went to Erbil office and they told him right now it takes 3 months for passports to come

Hey Guys...just sharing in case might someone in the same boat as me.My husband applied my PR in august 2019..all gone fast and in end of nov i had my medical done.I am living and resident of England.God knows IRCC moved my file to back home where i was born.Finally i had pre arrival letter in month of march 2020 and with no luck covid lockdown begun and since then i am waiting.End of Oct,i was received passport request letter and i had to submit passport back home where i was born.I was due on to my British Nationality and i became Citizen of Uk in nov.From this point..all got so complicated and messed up changing nationality.I thought it would be easier just by letting IRCC know.I informed and dropped 100’s of emails and i had to wait till mid of March after so many emails and phone calls to abroad that i am not longer national there.I was about to withdrawn my file and wanted to apply from Britain.The last email i sent to was Ministry.It did work.i received passport request letter states submit your British passport to diff country where I originally belong to.I had to go back to square one to change the port of stamp,which i managed to change and posted my passport along with passport request letter and requested documents.Now i am sitting tight and putting my hopes up.I am only sharing to you guys as it took us nearly 2 years to sort out.If any of you in same boat as mine..please do as much as you can to chase them.No more excuses for covid.Thanks guys

Hello.
My papers received in Sydney on June 20, 2019.
Medical request on August 19.
Medical completed and received by immigration on September 9th 2019 and same as Biometrics.
Documents sent to Amman for further processing on October 21st 2019
And nothing from that day. I emailed Amman couple times, they said my application is within processing time and its usually up to 12 months......
I don't have kids. Sponsorship my husband

Hey you need to keep asking them on web form..or send emails to ministry

Application received May 2019 Sydney,
Start processing July, Biometrics submitted July. Medicals October.
Current status Medicals received in October.

We are all around the same period of time time. I hope everybody will be with their family soon.

Hey don’t worry.My case was applied in aug 2019 and i received passport request letter mid of this month.I will keep you guys posted whatever happen.
