Today I called IRCC and got my temporary file number. My AR was 8th October 2020.

Just get the temporary number by call IRCC 888-242-2100-3-2-2-4-0. AR 19 November.

Good. My AR date is the same as yours.
Will dial the number you shared to pull out my Temporary File number tomorrow .

After Sinp nomination July 2020, applied for work permit with initial work permit approval letter and got refusal.

If your PGWP expired after January 2020 or going to expire soon then you can apply under the public policy, i applied under that and got approved for 18 months of OWP

If you don't have PR application number then, you must need employment number to extend the work permit. PNP letter is not enough for that
