Thank you Ironclad for your quick response. God bless you both for answering my question so quickly.Rush, thank you so much. You have no idea how much you have helped me by answering this and that too so quickly. I appreciate it.
I agree with about the starting dates of may intakes but I am going to Conestoga College for Global supply chain management (Brantford Campus) and on the acceptance letter it says course starting date May 17, 2021.Very odd usually spring intakes have start dates between May 1st or 3rd (including mine)
Like @rush13 said one can push it to 45 days but its not encouraged, around 35 day range is just suggestive.
There are accounts of people travelling earlier than 45 days pre-covid, don't think its an issue at all nowadays.I agree with about the starting dates of may intakes but I am going to Conestoga College for Global supply chain management (Brantford Campus) and on the acceptance letter it says course starting date May 17, 2021.
I take my comment back as the recent situation at the Toronto POE is changing. I was questioned why I arrived so early for May 2021 intake however I manged to tackle the officer giving legal reasons. There are accounts of people travelling earlier than 45 days pre-covid, don't think its an issue at all nowadays.
The 3 week prior guideline is rumour that has been around for ages.
Thanks for the update. Glad to know that you were allowed.May I know what reason did you give for early arrival? If that's okay with you, since I might have to deal with the same situation so it might help.I take my comment back as the recent situation at the Toronto POE is changing. However in the next counter, saw one guy (winter 2021 intake) getting 3 months study permit where the female officer was unreasonable saying illogical reasons saying to extend if he passes the first semester. She is a familiar face at the Toronto airport.
Essential travel letter saying inperson/blended classes are necessary, showing funds for the early stay, and if you have any relatives in Canada it helps. Thanks for the update.
