Can you share your timeline like me? Thanks, The issue is very few OINP applicants receive PAL in 2021.

I read that some people don't even get PAL, right?
I am curious what caused the delay in those checks (eligibility security and criminality), does it have something to do with the nationality?
Right, some got DM without PAL which means eligibility pass. But very few. You can call ircc for checking it. After eligibility pass, security can start. Main factor seems to be who the immigration officer is.
There are not many OINP applicants from AR March to May 2020 here.

Yes, then applicants have to call ircc for checking eligibility pass. PAL releases one day after eligibility pass.
