Can someone help or guide me,
After reading all above post, I understand there is huge backlog for PR Card processing.
I must go to home country (india) by May 2021 for my father's surgery yet to receive my COPR email .
1, After getting COPR what all are the documents we need fill , I'm bit confused about online portal and mail. Can someone explain.
2, Should I be ready with any documents or photograph to avoid delay in submission

You can't apply for PRTD while you are in Canada. Also 2 weeks time is very less to procure a PRTD.

Are you from ViSA exempt country?

When you link your PR card application then it shows when it was received by the system.

Hi All - I sent my photos to Etobicoke office around mid-Feb. I see that the current processing time is 129 days as per IRCC website.
Do we know when was the last update of any person receiving PR cards from Etobicoke (through physical mail process)? Please let me know, so that I can set my expectations

As per IRCC agent the processing timeline shown are generic and specifically it does not apply to Etobicoke office service standards. In this forum there are applicants who have sent the photos in November 2020 and are still waiting.

BAD NEWS FOR ALL OF YOU: Someone in a group chat said that she sent the photo to Etobicoke on JUNE 20, 2020 and had not received the card yet. Called multiple times, got told that they were "too busy" and "not enough staff to handle it". Good luck.

It is one off case. Till September they were issuing PR cards faster. Also at that time they haven't launched the Portal.

It's a bad situation we are in, at the mercy of people who have no incentive to produce an output and can indefinitely delay the process thanks to the COVID excuse. This is certainly an area that shouldn't be affected by COVID, scan the photo and print the thing. No human interaction required.

Exactly, photos will be processed after substantial time of quarantine in the mail room

They don't have direct line. They have an e-mail address but now they have set autoresponder to that. Here is their email address :
