Did anyone apply for PGWP extension under new public policy who has been nominated by a Province.

I have employer restricted PNP nomination, i am not sure if i can apply for PGWP extension under this policy because it asks in the application form “Have you been issued a certificate under the Provincial Nominee Program?”

Does anyone know?

I got my work permit 2 days ago in mail box.
Will apply today or tomorrow for TRV, figuring out how I can add spouse in TRV when applying TRV. My spouse is also on open work permit.

It said I don't have a valid work permit that would expire within 4 months.
However, my PGWP is going to expire on Jun 28, 2021
I submitted my application online on Feb 22, and I got replied on Mar 22.
I am confused that is that because I submitted my application too early and got rejected?

Is there anyway to check more details why my application got refused?
I feel so frustrating now.

Check your refusal letter ... what was the reason they mentioned ?

yes. that was the statement in the letter

You have not demonstrated that you are eligible to apply for an Open Work Permit under the
Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. You don’t have valid status on a work permit
that is due to expire within the next 4 months.

[X] Your status in Canada is valid until 2021/06/28.

I hold my PGWP since May 2018, and I also applied study permit successfully on Jan 2021 to study my master degree, Is that it mean my PGWP invalidated, or I just apply for the open work permit too early?

you applied study permit ..I don’t think you can hold both study permit and open work permit .. I am not an expert ..an expert can give you more explanation
