No one knows how they process sp applications so just sit tight and hope for the best.

Because she wants to study first, Canadian job market is very competitive these days and without a canadian degree, you cannot land a decent job. Also, SOWP is only possible if she was already here and if her inland spousal PR process was ongoing, which is not the case

Okay, if one has landed in Canada as a student, can he apply for his wife's SOWP or TRV? how long it takes for either of these two visas?
