Employer is a person, not a company. Is it possible?

Hi, thanks for replying.

I would like to know if working for a person and not for a company is valid as work experience.

For example, I work for a Lawyer as a Legal Assistant (NOC A 1242); do you think this counts as work experience? Does it have to be for a company to be valid?

Thank you in advance!!

It counts. Your employer needs to put the letter on company letter with your responsibilities, salary and time worked.
