Being SAP ABAP Consultant, which Provincial can I apply to make it success in terms of Canada PR - Immigration

Hi Experts

I am SAP ABAP Consultant having 15 yrs exp. and my age is 39, have done MCA, I am planning for Canada Immigration with my family. (Wife is homemaker and she is at 34 and having 2 children)
Heard PNP program can promote us for immigration, I am not sure which Province will be ready to nominate Abapers like me since being 39 years old, so that I can approach them.
Is it possible first of all ? Not getting clear picture, more confusion, can you please provide me useful information regarding this ?

What is your NOC? have you completed your ECAs (education) and language tests to determine eligibility and CRS scores?

NOC - 2174, not yet completed them, preparing for language test now, need to do ECA after my test results and also feeling confident that I can thru this. Is it possible for my age(39) and which province I can approach.

It will be a challenge because your CRS score will be low for Express Entry. Your CRS score is possibly too low for a nomination from Ontario. Saskatchewan is an option but your score may be too low (you can check) and you need to licensed for your NOC. Other PNPs require a job offer.

Can you please tell me what is mean by licensed for your NOC, and how possible for me to get thru Saskatchewan. Any idea about the SAP ABAP (2174) openings over there. Shall I apply for this province, please advise.

Look at the requirements for SINP and under requirements is a document listed for licensing requirements. NOC 2174 requires a license either engineering or CIPS. All the info on the SINP site. You need to check your score. As for jobs look at job bank and indeed for openings in Saskatchewan to get an idea of opportunities. I can’t tell you whaat to do. You apply through Express Entry or directly (paper).
