Yeah, that's normal. I have recently got a response to a webform submitted in December.Hi. I have raised a webform more than 40 days ago. I have not still received a response. Before I was receiving a reply in 30 days. Does anyone experience late responses more than 30 days? Should I raise a webform again or wait?
Thanks for the response. Best wishes.Yeah, that's normal. I have recently got a response to a webform submitted in December.
However, they're currently sending out generic responses to webforms with no case specific information: "your case is still in process/documents received by the responsible office/due to covid-19 blah-blah-blah..."
I have got response for my webform submitted in Feb 21. The reply covers some info on my eligibility, criminality, security, and medical result. There is yet no progress on my file at all.Yeah, that's normal. I have recently got a response to a webform submitted in December.

Yes. We submitted our webforms to inform IRCC about a change of address (country of residence as well) in November 2020. No reply, but I saw somewhere that it's ok - it should be added to your file anyway, and when your officer picks up your file again, they will see it.Thank you all for responses. My webforms are more about informing country of residence change and trying to correct a wrong additional document request rather than a status update. Does anyone have a situation where the responses are delayed more than a month for those kind of webforms? Many thanks.

Hello,GCMS came in, file approved but I'm added to the CPCO COVID PACE group even though I'm technically exempt (US resident, US citizen). Feeling relieved that the file at least got to a good milestone but unsure when I will finally see PPR/CoPR. Definitely understand the frustration.
Yes got the same.Did anyone else get a ghost update recently saying there’s a delay in processing time due to covid 19
I got two such emails over last two days!
Am I to interpret anything differently out of this?
