IMM 5562
IMM 5406
Schedule A

Hi Anderson,

I too received an ADR for IMM 5562, Travel History: A separate and newly completed Supplementary Travel Information form (IMM 5562) bearing an original signature.

I have two questions:

1. I don't see a field to sign the document, whereas the instructions clearly ask for document bearing an original signature. where do I sign?

2. There is a section for dependent child 18 years old or older, which is not applicable in my case. Do I leave the section blank or enter Not Applicable in Given name filed of this section?

Thanks

Hi, senior. My application seems to be going to be complex. My office looks like be in transit from CIO to notorious Etobicoke because of eligibility. My secondary office was Ottawa in the previous GCMS note. It is Etobicoke now. File transferring has started on Feb/20, 2020 when my medical was passed. My Ecas has not been changed from In process to Application received yet. Does anybody see this kind of case? Please advise.

This is my timeline (OINP International student with job offer stream, all inland)
MAY/19_2020 - Application Received (AR)
DEC/08_2020 - Acknowledge Of Receipt (AOR)
DEC/17_2020 - Biometric done
DEC/28_2020 - Upfront medical
DEC/30_2020 - Received Medical Request (MR)
Feb/02_2021 - Medical Pass
Medical/Criminality pass, Eligibility/Security not started.
I confirmed my application is on the way to Etobicoke by calling ircc. Let's share information here.

Refer to this guy's information.

More applicants will see ecas change.

Thanks for this info @bbjeon38 , are we looking at bad or good news here? I hope it's because of workload allocation, not because of complications cause honestly I'm a single applicant with no dependent, so I can't think of 1 reason that makes my case complex.

Thanks for the update, I called IRCC the other day and they said my criminality has passed, security and eligibility have not started. Also, I think my bio should be exempt as I did it for PGWP and still valid.
Did you order Gcms note?

No I haven’t. I’m not sure if GCMS will tell me anything other than “not started”
Do you know when it was decided to send your application to local office? Is it the beginning of Feb?

Hi, guys,

Can you share this information?

1. Do you know when your application started to transfer by calling ircc agent or GCMS note?

2. How long did it take your ecas was changed to application received from #1?

My GCMS note said app transferred on Feb/2, but my ecas doesn’t change to application received.

Do you check ECAS everyday? Perhaps it was changed to AR and back to IP and you missed it?
Over three times per day. Impossible to miss the change. Yours is still application received right? Not yet switch to In Process. AR status may be for over one month. I confirmed it was transferred by calling ircc, but the agent looks not much experienced. Still hope mine is not transferred to local office......

I hope so for you too, based on this thread, transfer is rarely good news. Please keep us posted.

Changing your job, or even changing your address, all of these reasons could make your case "complex". Those are the excuse that they can send your file somewhere else.
