Schedule A submission process?

I submitted "Schedule A" from almost the same day I received the requesting email from the visa office.
the submission was through email as requested

I received what looked like an automated response email from the visa office.

what worries me is that my Express Entry application status still indicating: "Your action is required" for 7 days now.

How to know that they received the form?
I tried to contact them through webform but with no replies.
Tried to call them, but after pressing 2 in order to question about PR, the automated message stated clearly: we are not answering questions about immigration, citizenship, processing times, ... etc.. and ended with "please hang up now. goodbye " !!

what changes happened to your application status after submitting that form? and after how many days?

I realized that I had to send them the schedule A form via email and also upload it through my application uploading page.

thank God, things accelerated since then, and received my PPR after 7 days from uploading the document online.
But now we need to wait until travel restrictions are lifted or eased.
