What are the documents required for travelling to Canada,if I'm to travel from Nigeria to Canada
Travel how? As a visitor?
If you want to travel as a visitor, you need an approved TRV (tourist visa). To get an approved TRV, you will need to demonstrate strong ties to your home country (e.g. job, property, assets) to show you are a genuine visitor and have no plans on remaining in Canada long term. You'll also need to show that you have sufficient funds (bank balance) to pay for your trip to Canada and your stay in Canada. Your chances of approval will increase if you have previous travel to countries requiring visa such as the US or UK.
Right now in addition to the TRV, you would also need written authorization from IRCC to be allowed to travel to Canada due to the COVID-19 travel restrictions that are in place at this time.
