Hi,

That means they are working can you share when your app was received please?
They used to extend the medical, what happened to that? I think its shameless to ask people for a second medical, putting people lives at risk because VOs were taking a break for 9 months!
Let's say someone got Covid and the scan shows, what is IRCC going to do? They cannot deny a spouse for medical reasons anyways. Do they even think before asking if what they ask for is useful at all?
I am going to send a complaint to MP.

Again, id suggest not to worry they dont ask everyone to redo the test. Maybe his case was different and they actually needed that particular applicant to take the test again but since this happened to mine and then they immediately realized they made a mistake and removed the requested second medical. The next day i checked my wifes acc on GCkey and saw an update for medical saying it has been approved on March 11th 2021. The test my wife took was back in March 2020. So dont panic and even if you receive a medical request for a second time try to get in touch with them first before going for it

My application was received 2019/12/27. You can see my signature under any of my messages for other dates.

The fact that there is no unified policy shows how arbitrary these requests are. They have no respect for our time and our health.

Congratulations i believe the COPR document and a proof that you are an immediate family member (like your marriage certificate)is enough, you should just reserve a hotel for your arrival, i know you must have shared your timeline a hundred times already, but can you kindly share it one more time please ?

Sponsor Information is mentioned at the bottom of your CoPR. Based on that information you are exempt from travel restrictions. Airline agents and Immigration officers are aware of this. So, no. You do not need an authorization letter to be able to board the airplane or to enter Canada. (For those who are not sponsored such as FSW or PNP applicants, the sponsor information section states: Not Applicable)
Regarding the Nilgam agency; well, the atmosphere is quite unprofessional in my opinion. They're always joking around which I didn't like. But they get the job done, and that's the main point.

OK. Don't forget to register in the arrivecan app, reserve a 3-day stay at a designated hotel when you plan your trip. Also, plan your trip in a way that the second leg of your travel is done by Air Canada; so you don't have to explain you're exempt from travel restriction. Currently, the cheapest one is Qatar airways.

Yes I am a Feb 2020 applicant and still no pre arrival. Almost at 14 months now as well.
