Yeah you have dial in your UCI first and it gives you ton of different options to choose from. It took me 20 min to reach the option where you can talk to an agent. I am sorry I dnt remember the options though.

Aha! Unfortunately, we both live in Asia so I rely on their webform

If they can't answer anything other than they are low on staff, it might mean we'll have further delays in our processing.

if I am not wrong you were told by IRCC agent that you will get aor that particular week, and that’s what exactly happened.

Yesterday was 2 weeks since we received my AOR. Still waiting to hear anything else from them. Hoping to hear something soon *checks email again*
