the website is really confusing. I literally had to mail them over and over to clarify how to pay and what to pay etc. hope this helps.

The vac is not open until June so that’s why you have to mail in and pay for the return courier back to yourself. You can also send them an email they respond quickly.

Applied dec 2019. File transferred to Mexico in early March 2020. Didn’t hear from them again till March 4 this year

I was thinking to do DHL that way we just deal with one courrier.

We're still trying to figure it out. Usually it would be sent directly to Trinidad but it looks like we have to submit it to the local VAC. We're gonna call tomorrow to confirm. There's no rhyme or reason to this thing. We've gotten letters from Mexico, Havana and now Trinidad. I'll keep you posted.
