I got my gcmc notes but I think they hide part which is questionable
Can anybody help to understand gcmc notes
manjotpreet87@gmail.com
They hide bits related to security primarily, possibly criminality. But it's very doubtful (or at least rare) that interview for those things.

You should look more carefully/most carefully for the notes of the visa officer(s) esp regarding evaluation of the sponsor eligibility and the relationship. Those will NOT be hidden. And probably in those parts of the notes will have a comment to effect that 'interview recommended' or required or similar.

If you have that text (remove names of course) and can post here or in gcms notes thread, you may get some useful feedback.

But again, it is quite unlikely - not impossible, but unlikely - that interview would be about parts that are not disclosed for eg national security reasons (for example).

If you are absolutely convinced that this is the case though and have not missed or misread anything in your gcms notes - then you need a lawyer.

Could you plz share email so I can send direct
Thanks
If you mean me, just post here. Remove any information you don't want to post (i.e. that would identify you).

Note, I'm NOT suggesting post the entire pdf - just find the bits that are relevant. It probably is not more than 50-100 words.

PA has been refused four TRVs and one WP appl cation on basis of Bfds: TRV refusedin May 2017 -purpose of the visit was to attend the business meeting and to visit a friend;TRV refused in Dec 2017- purpose of the visit was to visit a friend and for tourism purpose; WP (NOC: 8431,Farm Worker) refusalin June 2018. The application filed forleave and judicialreview with the Federal Court of Canada on
September 21,2018.
So you have four TRV refusals and one WP refusal "on basis of Bfds:".

Bfds here is bona fides - i.e. on your previous apps there was doubt about whether the information you presented was 'in good faith' i.e. true and not misleading in any way. You challenged one of these in court and then withdrew it. Your work permit request was to enter Canada as a farm worker (which might seem out of line with your other business, educational and personal history - don't really know).

Whether the rest of the information in the notes is particularly relevant to the interview request, this short bit alone should be enough to understand why they've recommended the interview.

They have enough concern about your multiple attempts to visit Canada (dating to, BTW, before you met the sponsor), and whether the relationship you've entered into is genuine and not primarily to get status in Canada.

There are other things potentially of note (arranged marriage, previous marriage, etc). PA runs a business which appears to specialise in guidance for "study visa and permanent residency" in Canada USA etc (I wonder if this is a business that IRCC has run across before?).

I don't know why you think that they've hidden the part that's questionable. It jumps off the page - the appearance at least that the PA has been attempting to get to Canada for years (with TRV/WP applications that were turned down on bona fides), runs a business to help others to get to Canada, and (coincidentally?) sought out an arranged marriage with a Canadian citizen through an acquaintance with the partner in that very same business.

Of course they're going to recommend an interview.

Moreover they sent email to our lawyer about interview
“Please be advised that on review of the application is has been determined that an interview would be warranted to assess the bona fide of the relationship. At this point in time we are unable to provide a time frame in which the interview will be held. Once an interview has been scheduled for the applicant our office will advise his of the date time and venue.”
Q. Why they have fought on bona fide weather we have son ?
Q. We are in same age backround and it’s not crime to marry with divorced person and dating after separation

I don't see anything about sponsor specifically there, but I don't know.

I don't see that they have any specific concerns about whether you have a son; but having a child is not in itself proof of a bona fide relationship. It's of course not a crime to marry a divorced person. (Do you live together?)

For prep, you'll have to do yourself. Since you seem to have a lawyer, that would be an obvious person to assist.

The one additional hint because of doubts about previous bona fides when applying to Canada for TRV/work permit is to review carefully what was put on those applications. While they may not all directly bear upon the relationship, they will speak to the credibility of the PA.

Good luck.

As Armoured clearly described, their concerns are very specific to you and your situation, not at all about the legality of dating after a divorce which is absolutely no problem in Canada and many applicants have no issue with it.
Your application raises multiple red flags as indicated above:

You were refused multiple times basically because IRCC did not believe you were being honest in your previous applications.
You work as a consultant for a company that provides advice on how to immigrate to other countries mainly Australia and Canada (which in itself seems like a major red flag, how can you be a consultant to help others get visas but are being refused for Bona Fide, from IRCC's point of view It'd be quite surprising).
That same work that they probably question in terms of legitimacy, resulted in your marriage (as your spouse was introduced through the business partner at that same company).
From their point of view, it is not surprising if they think that that work is part of a paid deal to get you to Canada, that that same work provided you with a deal to pay for a marriage to a Canadian citizen for immigration, and that the child is not really your husband's.

They basically question that you are being truthful and therefore need an interview to confirm the facts of the case. I'd prepare for questions surrounding all of those issues, including potentially the legitimacy of your work (which was previously a reason why you needed a travel document).
