Would also add that an SOWP is not guaranteed for spouses of international students.

He needs to check the conditions on his current open work permit. It may not allow him to work in a health care related role. If it does not, he will need to complete a medical and then apply to change the conditions on his work permit to allow work in the health care field.

No - you cannot use the open work permit for job offer points in Express Entry. Your employer needs to get an approved LMIA if you want the additional 50 points.

If she has a NOC A, B or 0 job and can provide payslips - then yes.

I see. My wife is not employed. She is an international student graduating in April.

You need to wait until she has a NOC A, B or 0 job before you will be able to apply for extend your work permit.
