I got ADR jointly with medical. After submitting the document, i just saw under ¨review of additional documents¨ section that : February 26, 2021. We are reviewing the additional documents you provided. However, our latest update was on March 8 saying that we passed the medical exam. So we are currently waiting.....
When did you submit adr?

Book a appointment with IRCC approved physician for upfront medical, once completed submit a webform to IRCC, inform them you’ve done upfront medical.

I don’t think inland/outland make a big difference. You must have seen that some outlanders got COPR before and their AOR way after mine. My advice is keep calling and send webforms. I’m not saying thats gonna guarantee you a faster process but at least make you feel you did your best. I had so much trouble getting my PR, was very long, harsh and frustrated journey. Started from work to endorsement to the Corona. I had Three colleagues who applied almost the same time as me and got their PRs way before me. One of them applied a month before me and got his COPR in Sep. I know how it feels when you are unjustified and left with no explains. Good luck and hope u get a good news very soon.

Thanks Buddy Johan Rodrigo for your words of encouragement. Hoping and praying that everything will be fine in my application and the rest. God bless you.

You definitely can, but I would wait until I had the PR Card in my hands.
When your Permanent Resident (PR) application is approved, you are given a document called Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR). This document includes the "City of Destination" where you said you intend to live after activating your PR status.
Note that you have not signed any commitment to reside in any province. You only declared the city of destination that is printed on your CoPR.
Permanent residents have almost all the rights that a Canadian citizen enjoys. One these, in Section 6 of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, is what is called the "mobility rights". These stipulate that "Every citizen of Canada and every person who has the status of a permanent resident of Canada has the right: (i) to move to and take up residence in any province, and (ii) to pursue the gaining of a livelihood in any province.
