Recently, CIC asked me to send additional document for my PGP application via either email or mail. Unfortunately, I sent wrong document and I realise after 3 days and instantly I have corrected it with new email and correct document(within their 30 days time limit). My question, for the first email I got confirmation but subsequent email I didn't received any confirmation. I want to know your expert advice what should I do? Will they consider my second email? I am really worried for my mistake since its very hard to get second chance in lottery system.

Did you send these via webform or email? I think you should be fine as long as you submitted your correction via webform, thought it may take a while to see any update.

It is via email since they have requested either via email or via mail.

OK, if that's what they requested, you should be ok. It doesn't hurt to mail the documents also. I would also submit webform just to be certain they get it.

Thanks, that is really helpful info. I have one more query since they did mention in their request that "You may submit the required documents either electronically or via mail. Please only submit via one method as duplicate copies will not be accepted." (I choose email). Should I send them via mail as well since I still have time left in my deadline.

OK, that's interesting that it says submit only via one method. My request did not say that. If that's what they are asking for, best to follow the instructions. It may be good to call IRCC or raise a webform anyway though, just to confirm they have received what you have sent.

Thanks for your prompt reply and information! I have contacted IRCC and according to then since I am still having time in my deadline they will go through both the email and pickup the right document.
