i just received AIP (submitted in JUNE 2019) with instructions to send overseas dependents form( wife and kids) to visa office in accra. i want to find out if i need to fill form ( The required application forms IMM0008, IMM5406 and IMM5669 ) for just my wife or also for each of my kids.
Also on form IMM5669 is my wife to indicate she is the principal applicant or spouse of principal applicant

ALSO on the Generic form IMM0008 which of these am i to select please ( under which program are you applying - family , economic, refugee or other)

It is good to be ready beforehand.

Firstly about question

Myself put familiy category but do your research more and more.
Some says refugee some says family. Lastly i put family cause it is me as refugee they are my dependants. Hope it will be good.

Secondly, i have one kid. I just added number 2. My wife and my kid. Cause there are two on that application.
If i am not mistsken you can add more there just clicking add more dependants. If i am not mistaken if kids more than 7 you filling another forms it is additional dependants form. Cause after 7 you can not add or click more.
About kids age i am not sure but older 18 years should be seperately i guess.

But if you filling it alone and not sure how please refer to professional. Pay fee to lawyer or parelegal or community servises. Because small mistake could leave delay your process. You have lots of forms to fill.
You could earn money but time waiting delay time you can not earn. This is my opinion. Again good luck.

Good news, got biometric instruction for my wife,

I paid the fee last year 2019 September, today got instruction.

Just want to know what comes after submitting Biometrics, and in practice how long it takes?
as we moved to the vaccine period hope Covid 19 will not be an issue.

Submitted my outland family's applications in September 2020, and received acknowledgement from Pretoria office, South Africa in November, 2020. When I sent an email to Pretoria office in January to inquire about the progress, I got a response exactly after 1 month. Saying "if we need anything from you, we'll contact you. For now, everything looks good". Since then, nothing again. I got my MP involved and secretary came back to me that Criminality is passed(obviously). Background check is what they're looking into now for my wife. She said kids information entered already. My wife had her biometrics in October 2020. Now I'm a little bit confused as I know about Criminality, eligibility, medical and security as what they look into... Is Background check the same as security? I called my MP today for update,she promised to send a request to Pretoria. I'll call her back tomorrow and shall update the platform...

when did you get your PR? Did they ask for his passport or that you should submit documents.
