After sending my proof of work experience of 856 hours on Thursday. I checked my ecas this morning and it shows IN PROCESS but no further update apart from the AOR

My two other employers just send me another letters last night with additional 117 hours. This will make make total hours 973.

Can i still send the new letter to cic. Is is advisable?

I don’t see the need since you’ve already submitted more than 750 hours. Only send additional hours if requested.

I came to Canada 2017 i haven't got an hearing date yet. they keep postponing my hearing date because the minister plans to intervene in my hearing because they send me Article 1F.

I applied for the pathway for healthcare worker in February 2nd 2021 with basic 120 hours and received AOR on the 10th of February . I also sent them my completed proof of work experience first week of march with 900 hours completed.

I checked online and it shows in process since 5th of march.
am so scared and worried. will the ministers planned intervention of Article 1F affect my pathway application? because i dont known why they havent send my my approval in Principle AIP since then

any advice.

you are availing yourself to the govt of your country again if you do that. It could hunt you later. Pls don't! Go a few pages bk this thread. Some people with same experience have shared what they did. I think they wrote a letter and sent that certified copy issued by Cbsa.

You should have patience friend. Seems they are now slow in processing new applications. I submitted on the last week of Feb and I’m yet to receive AOR.

what is the implication? Because i know someone who already renewed his expired passport and he is a refugee claimant.

As advised, send a copy to them and ask for waiver. When you get your PR, you can then apply to renew or get travel documents. It’s better to be safe than sorry.
